I let the kids choose which cupcake they wanted as part of their snack today (they can thank the online grocery delivery substitution for that). Brian chose chocolate and Simon, "I want pink please". As I was chopping the rest of their snack my whole childhood came rushing back to me. Like deciding to have "pink" was what childhood was all about.
Colour was always important for me too:) especially cup colour and ice cream too, had to be rainbow! Hope you are enjoying the school holidays. x
