Confessing

Being a stay at home Mum allows me a few indulgences, one being a little daytime television.  It's not an everyday thing but if I can I like to watch one hour of something.  And what I'm loving are 1980s tv shows.  I can't help it, there is just something to love.  Maybe it's that they are now old enough that they are retro without being cheesy.  90s is still cheesy to me.

I'm finding that I'm totally addicted to one show at a time.  It was Magnum, P.I., then MacGyver, now it's Crazy Like A Fox.  Don't tell child services, but Brian knows MacGyver and "Crazy Like A Fox" (AKA Harry Fox) as super heroes.  It's the unnatural powers that work in their favour to save the day, of course.

My love of this kind of television has also inspired a little love for retro food, retro cocktail food to be exact.  And lately I'm loving the decor (being completely serious here).  I had to take a photo of this phone in Harrison Fox's kitchen.  I want one.
    Are you with me?

  1. I am definitely with you, I love these older shows too and they are ok for children to watch unlike the new television shows. :)
