My vision for the card was quite a bit different than the finished product but the idea was the same. A lot of little red embellishments to create a heart shape, without the actual outline of a heart being drawn. I'm learning lately through playing with layers and using more embellishments just how small those elements need to be. Something I need to keep in mind when making new purchases and clearing out my stash for an upcoming scrapbooking garage sale.

It's gorgeous Brooke :)
ReplyDeleteIt was lovely to hear from you, looks like you've been busy, busy! Glad you are still finding time to craft, this card is fabulous! What a wonderful CAS design!
ReplyDeleteI haven't done much paper craft lately either since Christmas but I will need to get motivated since the little one is having a birthday soon. Your card turned out really lovely Brooke. The heart idea in the red is wonderful for a wedding or even for a Valentine card too. x
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute, I love that it has a little bit of everything to shape the heart. Hooray for craft time!!
